Our maintenance rates
Our "Maintenance visit + first hour" call-out charge is based on the property's distance from our base at NR8 5DB:

Travel & distance
Our call-out charges above are calculated from our base at NR8 5DB. For properties beyond 35 miles, please call us on 01603 298865 and we'll agree a fair charge before any visit is booked.
Larger maintenance and refurbishment projects are individually quoted, so travel can be incorporated into the overall project price.
Materials & specialist trades
Materials are charged at cost plus a reasonable handling margin. Where specialist trades are required — including gas, electrical, roofing and larger plastering works — we use trusted qualified contractors and manage the work as part of the overall project.
Larger projects
For larger repairs, property turnarounds and refurbishment works, we provide a clear fixed-price quotation wherever practical.
